Overall the design of Xeron Element is perfect: Slim shape, easy carry-on size, and padded laptop sleeve.

The poor quality lies with the arm-strap material. The foam-like mesh is rough to the touch--risking snags on nice clothing--and feels as though it would not stand up to the test of daily use.
