Great backpack!!, February 9, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: High Sierra 2502-Cubic Inches Caldwell Daypack (Sports) I normally don't spring for anything more expensive than the very cheapest thing I can find. (I'm a "broke" college student.) But I had a similar backpack from High Sierra that lasted me 4 years, and I wanted to find that same kind of quality and durability in my new backpack. This backpack was really cute and quite similar to my previous one, so I ordered it. And I am VERY pleased. It is a large bag, has a cushioned laptop compartment, and many pockets so you can organize if you'd like. I've been using it the last couple weeks, and it's been so durable and comfortable. It sits great on me and makes even my heavier loads of books feel more comfy.
The only negative for me is the little handle on the top being a part of the straps. It's really handy for picking up the bag, but for wearing it, the handle digs into the back of my neck just a bit and kinda makes me hunch a little if I'm not thinking about it.

He is taking great care of this one and mentioned that it is very cool and likes it a lot (he is 14 and in middle school). He gave me a thumbs up, and I am giving this back pack a thumbs up! He has to carry a lot of books, folders, as well as a cold lunch, and gym clothes. It fits all of it! This is a great item if you are purchasing it for your child for school. I highly recommend this back pack. It is also nicely priced.
