The back pack has two nonadjustable shoulder straps that are intended to attach across the chest. The backpack that was sent to me has shoulder straps that are about ten inches longer than those shown in the picture. The straps actually connect across the stomach, which defeats the purpose of the back pack. The straps connecting across the chest takes pressure off the back when riding a motorcycle, and this backpack will not do that as effectively with the straps connecting across the stomach. It's also not near as comfortable. I wish the straps were correct because other than that issue, I really liked the back pack.
