Great Bag, August 6, 2010 By Dan Couch "Gear Geek" (Southern California) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Maxpedition . Sitka . Khaki (Misc.) This is one great bag! Maxpedition products are built to last. Whether you are trekking through forest or walking across town this is a great bag. A 15" laptop will fit into the main compartment. It is tight but it will fit. Pockets are well placed and easy to access. The hydration pocket it great for those long hikes or can be used for more storage. I really like the single shoulder strap and the way you can swing the bag around to access the pockets without having to remove the bag. If your use is more on the tactical side then this bag is the one to get. The hydration pocket also doubles for ccw pocket. Molle attachments on the front and again quick access to the pockets without having to remove the bag.

Perfect size for netbook, October 21, 2010 By watersniper (Southern Coast of the Inland Seas) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Maxpedition . Sitka . Khaki (Misc.) I purchased this pack as a daily "man purse" - let's be real here. I was carrying a day pack backpack, but that was too big and all my gear was thrown in one or two pouches. I've owned A Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack and the Monsoon. The Versipack WAS a purse in a tacti-cool color and the Monsoon was too big for what I needed. The Sitka is just right for carrying my netbook and all accessories. I often work in remote places and need my gear at hand at a moments notice. I can carry my computer, small camera, iPod, gloves, Leatherman, flashlight, spare ammo, water, etc. etc. I've also added a couple of small pouches to the pack for the camera and other small gear. There's not a lot of PALS webbing on the Sitka, but it gets the job done. I added a medium Tactile to the front and the Anemone to the side for the camera and phones.

Multiple use bag, May 21, 2010 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Maxpedition . Sitka . Khaki (Misc.) Great bag, sling action works great, very well constructed. This bag it not at all a let down, only draw bag are it's high price and the place mention of loops are not very compatible with adding MOLLE to it.
