We've had this several years now. Not from Amazon. Overall it's good quality, but the zippers stink! 5 out of 9 zippers were completely locked up when I last went to use it and no amount of working & lubricating would help, leaving the majority of the backpack/luggage totally useless. My only recourse seems to be to toss an otherwise well made product.
