This is a very comfortable back pack,I did a lot of research before purchasing. It was the best "over all" pack (without spending a fortune), out there that I could find. I needed this backpack for short day hikes. It is easily accessible, good zippers, lots of compartments, good straps and back support.

I bought this to use for my daily commute. I didn't require something that would take a beating, but I did expect it to handle light jostling - in one month's use, it's becomming useless!!! Within the first week, the plastic thumb rest loop broke. Disappointing, but still working. Now, it's been one month - The shoulder strap adjustments do not grab the straps, so one of the straps is always sliding and lossening. Last week, the key clip broke. DO NOT BUY!
