You get what you pay for!! My Coleman backpack zipper broke on my first attempted use. Coleman Warranty Service was no help since I didn't buy it from a Brick and Mortar store. There is a big reason why these are selling so cheap, "They are Cheaply Made". I will never purchase Coleman products again!!!!
