Its gone up a little bit in price compared to what Dave paid for it, but the kit is VERY solid. The leather straps are strong, and the steel buckles are too. The outer pocket is very useful, and th main compartment is spacious. The bottom of the back has a wide leather strap that cushions you from hard bottom of the compartments, which causes you to lose a little storage space, but for comfort, it helps alot.
Other cool features: The body is a vinyl material, which wicks water away, and keeps your contents very dry. The overlapping flaps prevent any rain from getting into your bag, and the thick leather bottom with steel hardware are rugged and and water resistant. There are accessory straps on the outside, which help greatly. I strapped by hatchet holster to the outside of the bag with some paracord, and I'm very happy.
