I bought this backpack to fill the minimalist role on any day hike I wanted to take with my family. Since it also has a water pouch it fills 2 rolls at once. The pack itself is light but holds plenty considering its size. My use consists of caring water and snacks for the family. It does this task perfectly. Its comfortable for all day hikes even with a large water pouch. If you are looking for a minimalist day pack I don't think you can do better than this one.

This backpack is very lightweight, it seems to be well constructed, and it looks great, I use it for school and I can fit a few books in it just fine, the back has a compartment to fit a hydration pack, I use this area to store my 13" laptop there as it's very well padded and easy to access, overall, I like this backpack.

I am always on the go with three young children. I needed a backpack that could fit a lot and not be heavy. This backpack is amazing. I am able to stick diapers, snacks, change of clothes (for all three)and head towards the door. The weight is pratically nothing. I have back problems so I have bought many backpacks in the past and were all too heavy for me. I recommend this backpack for moms on the go and its cute too!!!.
