Great day pack, May 13, 2011 This review is from: Gregory Miwok 18 Daypack (Sports) I am on my second day of using this pack and its pretty itemized in how to place things. For mountain biking i did find when its on my back the top of the bag rubbed the back of my neck but it should be eliminated by adjusting straps. It is very adjustable and comfortable. While riding heat buildup on back not bad at all but still sweats. It has a nifty pocket on the waist strap to put like a camera in.

I've used it for an overnight trip in the Grand Canyon (including, small sleeping bag, hammock, water filter, food, water, shirt, etc), I use it all the time for mountain biking trips. I recently starting using it for short rock climbing and bouldering routes. The reason it is excellent is because of the multiple straps to keep everything tight. The two small pouches in the front are perfect for snacks, maps, knives, etc. I'm about 5'7" and 180lbs and it fits perfectly. Excellent buy, I'll definitely buy a new one once I wear mine out. I've had mine for nearly two years and I use it at least four times a month. I've even used it for school to put my computer and some school books.
